Dr. B. B. Panigrahi, IRS (Retd)
The Management of the foundation is presently led by Dr. B.B.Panigrahi, a retired senior bureaucrat of Govt of India. He had a long career of 35 years in Indian Revenue Service(IRS).
A visionary philanthropist and a successful strategist, Dr. Panigrahi has always been a pro-bono pillar of support of the foundation. After his retirement, he has been directly leading the foundation’s activities for the last 5 years. His vision has enabled almost 10,000 technical and professional students to acquire their university Engineering, Management, Biotechnology and Computer Applications degrees eventually enabling them to secure jobs during the last 20 years. It was his vision which gave rise to the verticals of skill development and sustainable social intervention by the foundation.Dr. Panigrahi has a Post-Graduate Degree in Solid State Physics, a Graduate Degree in Law and is a Ph.D in Business Administration.
