The Management of the foundation is presently led by Dr. B.B.Panigrahi, a retired senior bureaucrat of Govt of India. He had a long career of 35 years in Indian Revenue Service(IRS).
A visionary philanthropist and a successful strategist, Dr. Panigrahi has always been a pro-bono pillar of support of the foundation. After his retirement, he has been directly leading the foundation’s activities for the last 5 years.

Mrs. Smitarani Panigrahi has been one of the founding trustees of the foundation and has been leading its activities as the Chairperson since its beginning. She is a noted social activist and has been directly responsible to build all education outfits under the Trident Group of Institutions in a self-financing model. She is the key person to conceptualise and form “indevin” , the vertical of the foundation for social re-engineering and innovative implementation of CSR activities for corporates.
