Journey to Success:

                         Sangeswari belongs to a BPL family. Her father is the only earning person in her family. But his income was not sufficient to meet the family’s expenses. So she was forced to stop her study. Being the eldest child in the family, she decided to do a job so that she can support her father financially but was not getting any scope. One day she came to know about ‘Dinabandu Foundation for Educational Research and Socio Economic Development’ that implements DDU- GKY project where free training is provided along with numbers of job opportunities. There after her life changed dramatically. After her training she was selected as Customer Care Executive (CCE) at Vision Plus, Bangalore with a salary of 11,000/- per month. Now she is doing her job very happily in Bangalore where she has never visited before. Now she has resumed her studies and has become a strong support to her father.

Journey to Success:

Puspanjali hails from a small village in Mayurbhanj. Her father, a small farmer was the sole earning member for a family of four members. After completing her 12th in Commerce she had no means to study further but she aspired to support her family in any way. She got to know about a 3 months BSA course offered by Dinabandhu Foundation under DDU-GKY Project during a job Fair in her district. Her parents with rural mindset were hesitant in sending their only daughter away from their home. But she able to convinced her parents and started her journey for a hope of getting a job. Puspanjali has come out as a completely transformed girl after 3 months. Now she is doing her job in Hyderabad. She is earning Rs 12000/- and supporting her family and helping her brother continue her study.

Journey to Success:

Kamala is from Korapurt. She comes from a family in which female education is considered to be sinful. Instead of much difficulty she completed her HSC. In order to create an independent identity for herself she searched for a job. Then she came to know about Dinabadhu Foundation and completed her BSA training in DDU-GKY project and placed at Life Circle Health service Pvt. Ltd. as a ‘Care Giver’. Now she is earning a handsome amount of Rs 13500/- per month and supporting her family as to money.

Journey to Success:

Jagabandhu who is the only son of his parents of two children hails from a small village named Dangara in Koraput district. His father is a small farmer whose income was not sufficient to run a family of four members. At an early age of 18, he decided to take the burden of his family on his shoulder. Being a matriculate he was unable to get a job anywhere. But ‘Where there is a will there is a way ‘.As good luck would have it, he came across Dinabandhu Foundation For Educational Research and Socio Economic Development which implements DDU-GKY projects and gives placement to poor rural youths. So without any hesitation he made up his mind to take training in a hope of getting a job. After 3 months of training he got an opportunity to work in MATE, in Gujarat. His joys knew no bound. Now he is working with salary of Rs 19,820/- per month
