Adson belongs to a poor family in Kandhamal. His father is a daily laborer. He is the only child of his parents. After matriculation he could not go for any higher study due to financial problem. He helped his parents in their household work. One day he came to know about Dinabandhu foundation, which is providing training and placement to the students like him. Then he took it as an opportunity and made up his mind to take training on Electrical trade. After completion of his training he got selected for MSSL, Ahmadabad as ‘Production Associate’. Now he is earning more than Rs 15,000/-per month including OT.

In mean while he came to know about Dinabandhu Foundation .As he knew that it is providing training and placement, he decided to take training on Domestic Electrician trade. After 6 months of training he went to Hyderabad and worked in Renew sys India Pvt. Ltd as a ‘Production Associate’. Now he is earning a handsome amount and sending money to his parents every month.
